Time Lapse Drawing - The Chozo Statue from 'Metroid'
21After playing the majority of the Metroid series, I remember that one of the things that always caught me by surprise was the build up to the bosses!
Each and every time, you would think you were safe and then BAM! A corridor you only just trekked through safe and soundly was now a death trap!
Of course, the worst kind would be the Chozo Statue bosses. There's been several moments in the game where you've found one and happily walked away with a nice little power up however, just when you head for the door, all is revealed as this once motionless statue, now towers over you with razor blade claws and laser beam eyes...not to mention that, on the odd occasions, once you think they're beaten, they come back to life even stronger!!
SO! The moral of the story?

This incredibly awesome music is a track from the equally incredible AM2R. Not being a fan of the original Metroid 2 game, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome this remake was! If you ever get the chance to play it, I HIGHLY recommend it! It might not be an official track but you'd never be able to tell! Nonetheless, I still don't own it. Please find the details below!:
