Timeline: Video, audio from fatal shooting of Raj Moonesinghe as it happened | KVUE
197KVUE put together the 911 call, surveillance camera video, body cam video and police radio traffic from the night of Nov. 15 when Rajan Moonesinghe was shot and killed.
That night Austin police responded to a call reporting a man, identified as Moonesinghe, walking outside his home with a rifle in hand who then fired the rifle into his own home. Upon arriving at the scene, APD Officer Daniel Sanchez ordered Moonesinghe to drop the gun and then shot him. Moonesinghe later died.
All the elements have been synced to establish a timeline of how the incident unfolded.
