Maybe I should play on Nightmare difficulty. I kinda wish all the equipment was progressive or turned into random stat-ups or something somehow. I guess the stat ups thing would require inventing new items and also enemies dropping equipment would make the system weird. Getting a strong hat and clothes early just kinda breaks the game though. I dunno, there's probably a better solution.
