Enter them in the story mode menu for TS2. They have to be re-entered every time you restart the game. Your PC profile name is used as your in-game name.

Skip to 1:28 for the action.

It's a little buggy, but the port plays smoothly. I bet Homefront: The Revolution would have sold better if the full TS2 port had been available right out the gate.
