I'm not an Ecologist. My name is not Kruglov. My job is to infiltrate the Ecologist Faction and make them believe, that I am one of them. I will look like one of them. I will act like one of them. I will live like one of them. I have to do it the hard way. This is the Exclusion Zone, and it takes your full attention, talent and wit, just to be able to survive. If you lack any of those, you won't last very long. When someone calls for Kruglov, I will answer to it. I am the Tinker.

Encrypted Diary: I had planned on going to the Marshes next, with a reward at the Clear Sky Base and next door at the Fishing Hamlet was the Stalker wanting the gas mask I was carrying. However, in the time we had spent in the Agroprom, that same Stalker left the Marshes and had gone quickly north up to Jupiter. That action made me change my mind since it wasn't worth going to the Marshes for a single minor reward.

The most important thing, after completing the X-18 job for the Military, is not to keep working for them or taking any more jobs like that. It was time to leave the Agroprom and my next course of action would be returning to the Bandit Base in the Dark Valley. In my quest to try to acquire this new secret weapon the Monolith are rumored to have, I did not find any trace of it in Zaton or Jupiter, where the reports came from. It was not until the Bandit Faction became allies and I was able to go to their Base did I find the first proof of evidence. The Bandit Trader Olivius was selling some strange, potent ammo for a weapon that no one seemed to have. This was the only lead I had, and I needed to disappear to take it to the next step.
