1. Do fewer camera moves and keep them for a while (or do smooth camera tracking shots that don't strain the eyes).
2. If there are fine adjustments needed with your camera, do them slowly.
3. Smoothen the camera movement out as good as possible (decreasing mouse sens for shoutcasting helps)
4. Show more action view (adds insight and diversity to your shoutcast)
5. Show more commander view (adds insight and diversity to your shoutcast)
6. Bind important players and both commanders to keys, so you can access them quickly instead of wasting time moving all around the map

Reasons to switch to commander view:
- making the shoutcast more interesting by showing different views
- showing new viewers that Savage has an RTS mode
- quick traveling to the base
- checking shielding/healing status of buildings
- checking HP values of buildings
- checking if the commander sees a scout/rush garrison
- quick check of team resources, comm taxes and gold reserve

Keep in mind that you can't use the spec binds in commander view. Type a spec bind once in chat, then reload it each time you want to quit the commander view with the up-cursor key.
