UPDATE to the info in the video: the channeling cost for Razorwing and any other channeled ability mentioned at 4:15 reaches its minimum cost at 175% efficiency but you still need at least 100% duration. Lower than 100% and it will start to cost more energy. This means that if you do not have a Primed Continuity you may want to put in an additional duration mod in place of one of the strength to ensure you maintain a reasonable channeling cost. You can also use a rank 4 Fleeting Expertise and a rank 4 streamline to achieve 175% efficiency while maintaining 105% duration.
