I kinda wanted to remake my graphics comparison of TJOC:R since I have a better computer that can run this at 720p at roughly Medium graphics. We have 4 graphic options with 7 different graphics settings:
Resolution scale, Anti-Aliasing, Post Processing, Shadow Quality, Texture Quality, Effects Quality, and Motion Blur.
Each setting is ranked as Low, Medium, High, and Epic.
Something I didn't know was that Motion Blur can only be seen if the Post processing is medium, High, or Epic.
Note that higher graphic qualities will cause more lag so be warned.
Also note that I am using 1.0(Low) Motion blur so you'll see some bluriness on medium-Epic graphics.
