It was discovered that you can clip OoB by using the lilypad to trigger the screen transition while a wall prevents Link from successfully transitioning as well.

Turns out you can do something similar by moving the lilypad using the gust jar so that it sits between 2 screens.
Then when Link is on the lilypad and falls into the water, he respawns on its center, which is on the other screen - hence OoB is accomplished.

The second clip is just messing around getting the lilypad stuck in a wall lol.
