Note:
Using slowdown makes this easier but of course you can also do it normally.
As a beginner it really helps me learn the timings.

1) Jump, then staff-attack as soon as possible

2) When you see Nobeta bump upwards a bit as she finished the attack, cancel with a magic attack and time/spam jump

3) If done correctly, Nobeta will just barely touch the upper area, which grants you another jump so just keep jumping until you've made it
