The United States soon received an emergency letter from Mondstadt, in June,16th,2027 the OFN launches Operation Spreading Torch (USSR launches Operation Red Sky at the same time) to rescue Mondstadt, there are 21 millions OFN soldiers from U.S, Canada, Brazil, Cuba, U.K, South Africa, India, Vietnam, The Philippines deployed to Teyvat for the operation and 7 millions soldiers from the USSR to support the OFN
