Certainly an older title than most would even recognise today. This one is a little unusual.

As a brief synopsis, this game basically follows a specialised task force of UPA (Urban Protection Agency) agents and their efforts to neutralise a drug-abusing gang in the lower levels of their utopian paradise. Everything below city limits is not protected and, as a result, things quickly deteriorate and wither. It's safe to say that things just get downright strange the further down you go...
