HOW I'M CAPTURING THE FOOTAGE
And, no, I didn't have to jail break my iPad.
All you need is a Lightning cable to HDMI port adapter (Digital AV adapter) - only if you have a iPad mini.
And then you capture with the Elgato HD Capture Card. That's it :)
