According to the American Psychology Association, 93% of all Americans make New Year Resolutions. According to the University of Scranton, only 8% actually achieve their goals. Most give up by January 14th. Just two weeks after starting them!

My wife and I were the same and New Year Resolutions just didn't seem to work for us. That is until we changed up the way we did our goals and learned some techniques that have helped us actually start achieving what we set out to achieve!

In this video, we discuss how using a vision board along with 5 years "S.M.A.R.T.E.R." goals has helped us start actually sticking with our goals and actually completing them!
