3What can I say I gave Jmetal a tease for food.
Chocolate oatmeal no-bake cookies
2 C sugar
4 Tb Baking Cocoa
1/2 milk
1 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 c old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c peanut butter
First add the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a medium size pan on medium heat. Mix and get to a boil. Allow to boil for one minute and remove off heat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly and then place on wax paper with a spoon. Allow to harden and cool and the cookies will be ready to eat.
