Starfield is an action piece of shit game developed by Bugthesda Game Studios and published by Bugthesda Dontworks. It was announced during Bugthesda's E3 presentation in 2018. The 'game' takes place in a wish dot come version of No Man's Sky themed setting, and is the first new steaming pile of shit intellectual property developed by Bugthesda in 29 years. The 'game' was released too early and broken for Windows and Xbox Series X/S on September 6, 2023.
Starfield received generally negatives reviews from gamers, who condemned its outdated gameplay, combat, visuals, music and technical problems, which was considered as worse than Fallout 4. Though responses to it being Xbox's last ditch effort to make a comeback a la Xbox 360 era was perceived as pathetic.
