Any video that is claiming huge starfield details or massive elder scrolls 6 reveals may be a bit clickbait - as most of the information that we received we already knew about such as the engine improvements so keep an eye out for that. I am not trying to fluff it here, and while it was exciting to get some progress updates into how Starfield is doing and it is always fun to probe the mind of Todd Howard we can't pretend that there is more to this than there is!
