Tokyo Xanadu eX+: Asuka SOLO vs Seraph of Despair [Multiple Conditions]
3Kou already had his chance to show off how well he fights alone. Now its Asuka’s turn!
You know you MAY be going too far on making things stupidly difficult when even the resident Top Tier character is having trouble dealing with one of the weakest bosses in the game...
So what does this Multiple Conditions mean?
First of all, this was mostly supposed to be a test to see if I could get a Solo character to work in the story mode. And it worked! It is indeed possible to Solo with any character, not just Kou.
The game gets buggy at certain sections but despite its constant complaints (Spamming Error Messages) it hasnt actually crashed on me so far.
So anyway, I more or less grabbed one of my old save files, tinkered a bit with gear, and decided to go Solo with Asuka vs this boss because I think its among the most fun ones to fight when you are underequipped.
Why Asuka? Well, shes 1 member of my 3 core team: Kou, Asuka & Mitsuki.
Kou would be pointless, I already did a Solo fight with him and with the Save Corruption method- I already explained how it is possible to get all boss fights solo with him. The main point of this video is to showcase anyone else OTHER than him going Solo.
Mitsuki, as much as I like her, doesnt exactly make for an exciting fight with this boss. Its just a bad choice for it, plus in a way, I also showed off some Perfect [No Damage] Solo bosses beaten with her already.
Thus the spotlight this time goes for Asuka!
Asuka is underleveled and has no Elements at all equipped, yet still has some end-game gear. So its more like an Underleveled with somewhat mediocre gear run, instead of no gear outright.
The idea was to make a challenging enough fight, that at the same time didnt take 4347120 hours to beat due to you dealing single digit damage to the boss.
By all accounts I think I succeed. Fight takes like 10 minutes which is a bit on the long side for my tastes but still aint too bad, and it is indeed very challenging, even with freaking Asuka spamming skills this took me a fair amount of time to beat lol.
You know, for how OP Asuka may be, she DOES have 1 small shortcoming...
Her normal attack kinda sucks at recovering SP. And unlike Mitsuki’s, or most other characters really, she has a pretty small range, too.
Normally, this no big deal because you can just switch to say Kou get some hits in and there you go, full SP bar in like 2-3 seconds. But obviously you cant do that if Asuka is alone!
Solo "mode" forced with Cheat Engine. Basically you change the Party Value to 1 or something...
I actually have no idea what I exactly did because I was mostly just following the instructions from a guy who told me how to, then after banging my head aganist the walls several times I FINALLY managed to get it to work. Getting the damn thing to work was basically another boss fight itself lol.

Anyway, this is closer to how an ideal version of this fight would look like for me. Except I would personally make the main boss a have a tad less HP, and also less skill spam in your part. Because the more I play this game the more I realize how overly-reliant you are on skill spamming. I wish it was toned down just a bit.
This would be fixed (Or at least less spammy) if they never gave you the 2nd X-Strike & 3rd EX Skill slots in the first place...
