0Despite having launched back in March of last year, Tom Clancy’s The Division keeps going strong with new updates and fresh content drops well after its initial release date. As a matter of fact, the developers at Ubisoft Massive plan on continuing its expansion of the third-person shooter‘s materials, as the studio has now released a brand new reveal trailer for the free content on the way in the game’s Update 1.8.
As seen below in the trailer for The Division‘s Update 1.8, the fresh patch is coming this fall, and it will include two new modes – a co-operative and competitive game type, respectively – alongside a new area and social space. The co-op mode is called Resistance, and it’s set to be a Horde-like experience involving four players teaming up against increasingly difficult odds as enemies keep swarming the would-be Agents, while the PvP mode named Skirmish pits two teams of four to face off against each other in a competition for the greatest number of kills before time expires.
