Grimsdottir was spotted collecting information from the Kalinatek building in Virginia, causing Nikoladze's men to destroy all evidence including his own technicians, where one of them has reported to a 911 emergency dial by a man named Ivan. Sam must locate him for his encryption key for Third Echelon so that they'll gather its information to locate the whereabouts of Georgian President Nikoladze.
