A technology-based terrorist attack has been initiated on the U.S. by Georgian President Nikoladze, indicating the country's retaliation against them. The only way to discover his location is to locate someone in the CIA who has been working outside of the agency. If he is found, Sam must bring him to interrogation by Third Echelon to reveal the whereabouts of the President of Georgia.
