The streets were untouchable in the last part, but have been opened graciously for me to roam. I need to make my way into the police station, with the help of a dead drop. I am probably stretching this part a lot, as I maybe not even need to break all the lights here. But, I wasn't sure where I was to search for the dead drop as I haven't yet figured out the map.
