There are two versions of Double Agent, one for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube and Wii and another for the PC, 360 and PS3. Why exactly the two versions are so different, I really don’t know. The version covered in this video is considered non-canon, though.
Notes
In Ellsworth Penitentiary, the scripted and thus unpreventable deaths count against you at the end of the mission.
Also, being seen by friendly npcs during the scripted sequences counts as being detected.
During Okhotsk, I forgot to grab the encryption codes. However, there is no dialogue related to them (this is why I forgot) and it doesn’t change the cutscenes. They’re just there to balance out your trust gauge but the mechanic is so laughably implemented that it just doesn’t matter.
In the final mission, I only kill required targets. Watch the JBA version for a bloodbath.
