Adding rain and snow can really give some great atmosphere to a level. This tutorial will show you how to do that, and also how good a snow level can look with a snow-like texture applied. This is just a basic tutorial, so the rooms and textures aren't the best, but I hope it gives you a good idea of what you can do by adding weather to your levels. :)
