Completing the Optional Tomb Hall of Ascension in the Mountain Village area in Tomb Raider.

To get the treasure you need to use a hanging platform to reach a climbable ledge. First close the window shutters then wait a few seconds (about 5) before turning the crank to release the platform. Do it too soon and the platform will drop before it reaches the ledge, do it too late and the platform will be blown out of your reach. May take a few tries to get the timing, but after that it's a straight shot to the treasure chest.
