Playthrough restraints:
~ All items and Secrets
~ No healing and no green crystal heals
~ Pistols Only
~ no damage, except for the jump over the fence late in the level
~ Pacifist where possible
95% accuracy

As with my TR1 and TR2 playlists, I feel these restraints are more inline with Lara's character as a Lady of High Standing and Reputation.
