The Playstation version run far more smoothly than de Saturn one.
Greater color palette, and maybe the most noticeable difference is the use of alpha textures, aka transparencies, totally absent in the sega saturn version. Also draw distance is smaller, clearly noticeable due to the fog effect.

The saturn versión has more saturated colors, ( I've changed the gamma through the ingame menu so it's less noticeable)
The framerate sucks, but has some graphical advantages over de Playstation version.

Rippling water effects are in play while appear "flat" on the psx version, also some scenes appear to have better lighting and there is less fog in every stage which translates in sightly larger draw distance.

Clipping is less noticeable, and the game looks and feels sightly solid compared to the psx version, to a certain extent.

Even though, the overall game looks more pixelated in the saturn version I don't know if it's working at lower resolution or it's a side effect of the quadriletal rendering of the saturn engine instead of the way psx render poligons, (triangles.)

Worth mentioning that the Saturn version seems to be an unfinished product due to the astounding bugs in terms of graphics and gameplay, that plague the entire game.
