Tongue Ties And What To Do About Them
96Just a short video summing up my thoughts on the matter as I understand things. I am definitely not a doctor or any kind of medical professional and I don't pretend to be, but I do believe based on what I understand of it that a tongue tie is relatively simple, though not necessarily easy to fix.
To quote what Dr John mew said on the Craniofacial Action Group, "use it or lose it", so basically you should strive to stretch the tongue tie out over time and gradually loosen it up enough to be able to posture your tongue correctly. You can do that by just keeping at it with your effort to put the tongue on the roof of the mouth.
