My reviews cover indie games that i have bought, had gifted to me and have been provided by developers for review.
In this episode I enter the criminal underworld with the Gritty Isometric Action Shooter Tony and Clyde by DCF Studios, the developers behind the fighting game Cruz Brothers.
The player controls the Titular Characters Tony and Clyde, two small time criminals who are on a bloody quest for revenge. Youll blast through over a dozen levels with an arsenal of weapons, facing off against Italian Gangsters, Bike Gangs, The Yakuza and corrupt cops.
Despite the interesting premise of this game I cannot recommend it due to a huge number of issues including poor controls, janky camera and balance issues which added up to a frustrating experience. I recommend checking out the developers other game Cruz Brothers instead.

People sometimes ask me who Tony and Clyde are. And I tell them:
They’re not simple thugs from the streets. But they’re not highly trained criminals or professional robbers, either. NO WAY! There’s more to them than just that.
You see.Some like a bit of the good life: the big piles of money, the glamour of being reverenced in the streets. Others are addicted to the adrenaline rush of an ongoing heist, combined with the smell of recently burned gunpowder, followed by the sound of empty shells falling on the ground.
While some simply enjoy watching the world burn, especially when they’re the ones with the empty can of gas in hand. But Tony and Clyde are different. Why? Well, because Tony and Clyde want the whole package!
