September 9th 1999 is the day of the dreamcast (which came out the same day as Final fantasy 8) the last sega console ever released. After seeing and hearing about sega mega drive mini, i came up and idea of a "what if". What if sega made a dreamcast mini after mega drive mini. I never owned a dreamcast before which i surrendered after sega no longer made consoles, but my cousin owned a dreamcast. Also happy 20th anniversary for dreamcast, perfect day to upload the video
