Launch Options.

+cl_forcepreload 1: loads all maps and textures as soon as your load your game. It takes longer to load a map in CSGO but after this, you will find loading in will be much, much quicker, which improves performance in the game.

+mat_queue_mode 2: enables multithreading mode – if you have 4 or more threads it should improve performance for PC powered by those CPUs.

Although they don’t improve FPS, the next few launch options will also help you:

-novid will stop all the valve loading screens at the start of the game launch, making it seem like your game is starting quicker.

-nod3d9ex: makes alt-tab in and out of CSGO faster which can help if you find alt+tabbing is taking a lifetime.
