This is the top iPhone 5 Jailbreak tweaks for iOS 6.1

1. NCRam - Video Memory (RAM) on notification center
2. MultiStorey - two rows of multitask app switcher
3. AnimateBattery - nice animated battery when plug-in with cable

Note: iOS 6.1.3 will break your jailbreak so don't upgrade to that iOS version until the jailbreak community are able to break it again.
