TOPPLE SHOT is a skill where you topple the enemy and make them unable to counter you, therefore this skill is very good to be combine with [Initiative] skill. It is obtained by equipping PARE PAW 1 arm part and ranged type weapon (I don't think it includes missile but I never try it).
If you somehow managed to recruit Jose on Taal Base mission, he will come with the wanzer and a rifle. I suggest you change the rifle since it misses a lot, then combine it with initiative is my favorite (when it came out oc).
