Reason, they adjust elixir, not included on Damage Taken Modifier

- 4:31 mistake on text. supposed to during internal elixir, not even in internal elixir. Well, during internal elixir can cost 1 qi stack everytime you got hit. if not in internal elixir, qi stack will stay not decreased everytime you got hit
