This is the last part of the game, in order to get the "good ending" like I did here you will need to inject the monster with the blue syringe and then grab the bolt cutters just before the final boss fight. Once the final boss is dead, continue forward till you get to the projector room. Before you leave use the projector to head back to the experiment room where Anna was locked up. Use the bolt cutters to free her to get the good ending.
