Tormented Souls is a survival horror game where Caroline Walker investigates the disappearance of twin girls at an abandoned mansion, only to awaken there with a missing eye and a terrifying new reality. Players must explore the hostile mansion, solve puzzles, and fight grotesque enemies using limited resources to uncover a conspiracy involving human experiments, a secret cult, and dark rituals. The story unfolds through hidden notes and VHS tapes that offer glimpses into the past, ultimately revealing Caroline's connection to the missing twins and her own hidden trauma.
