Total War: ARENA - Rubicon Map Spotlight

Rubicon was famously crossed by Julius Caesar in 49 BC on his way to start his war against the Roman Senate. This is also where Caesar uttered the famous phrase ālea iacta est ("the die has been cast").
Rubicon is the first river crossing map to enter ARENA with two camps very close to each other but separated by the river Rubicon in the middle of the map. Both teams will need to make good use of the terrain on the edges of the map as the middle is an open plane which will be hard for attackers to cover their flanks.
