TouchSmart 4.0 upgrade now available
6Just wanted to show the new Touchsmart 4.0 software update was out. Now before you go trying to find this on your automatic updates, I will warn you, Its not there. I found it only because I have been checking the HP website nearly every day for the past 6 months. Actually I gave up and stopped looking for the past month. Just happened to go there today and see it was available. It is pretty simple to upgrade. Just follow the instructions, step by step and you should have everything done in around 1 and a half hours. Depending of course on your internet speed.

or if you do not trust me to clink on a link I post, Google HP. You will see the Official site up at the top. Its HP.com. Click on "Support and Drivers" just under the link. Now on the new page you will see a small white box to enter your modle number do0wn (ex."300 1340" or whatever) Now click he little arrow next to it. Now under, "what type of support do you need", click "Getting Started". In the green "Select from the list below" box, click on "Software/Operating System". Now near the top of the green box, click on "Upgrading from Touchsmart 3 to Touchsmart 4". Now you are at the same spot as the link I provided above. But A tleast this way you know it is legit.
