Perfect run = No deaths, no bombs. I did this by the skin of my teeth, because a bullet hit me just as I defeated the last spellcard.

I don't know if people still count it as a perfect run if the Last Card isn't captured, but I did manage to nail everything else. The Last Card is just kind of a bonus anyway, and me getting hit during it doesn't count as a death.
