Nightmare Diary here was also done with no camera, no teleports, and no autobombs.
There's too many scenes in this game so I'm just uploading the last two day's worth. Edited in the BGM because it would just get cut over and over again otherwise.

The third week in this game honestly felt like ZUN had the realization that 4 choose 2 equals 6 and so decided to turn 4 lazy patterns into 6 whole scenes 7 times in a row and called it a day.
Playtime and other stats can be found at the end. Most attempts taken on a scene was Nightmare Friday-6 at 48 attempts. There's a few achievements I haven't gotten but I'll wait until people figure out what they are before blindly trying for them.
Nowhere near ISC no items level of difficulty, and maybe even a little easier than DS. Still had a good time though.
