Theme for Niwatari Kutaka, the third boss of Touhou 17 - Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.

Kutaka's BGM is... pretty wild. I sacrificed a fair bit of accuracy for ease of playing, but in the end it's still quite tough, hm?
