Guess I was really "digging" that extra stage, lol.

How it's done:
Medicine of death avoidance negates a miss by removing one or two bombs. So as long as you have bombs, you don't get a miss.
Low frequency bass drum is an item that clears bullets. It's not a bomb.
Gluttonous centipede increases damage and states that it resets if you "miss" or "use a bomb". It didn't reset = no miss no bomb.
The fourth card is random.

Fun fact: ZUN messed up big with the replays. When the boss fight starts, the replay desyncs, making recording impossible. I therefore had to do another no miss no bomb clear with live recording, which I did :D

(I'm fully aware that this run is far away from a "proper" perfect without cheezing it with items, so don't nag).
