Another 1997 shmup clear for the Junkies discord, with the Normal difficulty of Touhou 3

I had plenty of fun with PoFV years back, and heard good things about this game. But I never really had the chance to try it out. And by "chance" it actually just means putting in some basic effort to get the game running because it's not like these are Halley's comets you can only try once in a blue moon haha.

Still, my first attempt at playing the game went poorly because of wrong emu and CPU settings that made the bullets stuttery and stuff and I thus got wrecked in Hard and Lunatic with no proper way to read the bullets. After some help from Chinopolis with settings, I was playing in much better conditions.

I tried Normal to see the baseline level of the game...and the first attempt was a clear! It was honestly not very hard and I was more or less chilling until the very end and the final boss (with her awesome music) that nearly put an end to the run.

This is definitely a great game, a bit cramped compared to PoFV and the lack of AoE bullet cancels on special attacks throws me off every time but it's a blast to play.
