I've heard that it is one of hardest, if not *the* hardest, timeout attacks in Touhou at least among perfect timeout runs, which mean performing a stage/boss/attack/etc. with no miss, no bomb, some other condition depending on the game, and of course timeout in all attacks [one attack in this case] achieved.

Done from a savestate that starts shortly before the attack begins.

Personal Difficulty by scale on 8 Miss No Bomb timeout: ~4.7/10 (A blazing fast attack that is also not only dense, but continuous as well. This 8MNB run is a little bit harder than perfect Double Washing Machine from Dodonpachi Daioujou Death Label, in my opinion)
