EoSD's extra is a bit easier then the other ones pattern-wise, but it gives you a lot less resources so you can't make as many mistakes. That doesn't really matter though since Flan's only hard patterns are the last two.
I don't usually care about those kind of challenges but I like EoSD extra enough to go for it. Maybe I'll ExNB IN or MoF too.

Silent Selene:
theres nothing to this spell other than just dodging. Try looking ahead to see if Pachi's movement didn't create any weird waves.

Royal Flare:
It's a route but i'm too lazy to route anything so I just yolo it.

Philosopher's Stone:
Also just dodging.

Cranberry trap:
Pink are static, blue are aimed. Just stream it up and down and be careful not to die to the bullets spawning at the bottom.

Lævateinn:
Spin Flandre. Its super easy, you should never die to it.

Four of a Kind:
try to focus on the real Flandre. I find it's not really worth killing the clones first so just kill it as fast as possible.

Kagome Kagome:
The second bubble is aimed at you so you can manipulate the pattern a bit.

Maze of Love:
just spin. It's easier to stop and let a gap go into you so make short hopps between the gaps. on the third wave stay below flandre to finish her off.

Starbow Break:
There is a safespot on the letter N on "enemy" so you can just sit there and time it out.

Catadioptric:
Stay in the bottom right corner.

Clock that Ticks Away the Past:
Another spell you should never die to. I did though. Time to retire.

And Then Will There Be None?:
Try not to wall yourself on the first wave and set it up to not fuck up your second phase. I don't know how to do that so I died. At the end try to get into the middle. I died trying to do that though.

Q.E.D:
Just dodging. there is a glitch where you can deal a ton of damage to it before it starts (that's why you want to get in the middle of the previous spell).
