Shot:
Persuasion needle unlike the Homing Amulets here actually packs a punch. It has good spread, good damage, and can be shotgunned. It's the go to shot for many players of EoSD.

There isn't much else I can say about the shot haha, it's just that good and fun to use.

Bomb:
Evil Sealing Circle is a great screen clear which kinda does damage? You can be the judge of that one. Beyond that feel free to use this as liberally as possible because of how quick and easy this bomb makes things.

Opinions:
There isn't a whole lot I can say about this shot even stat wise because what you see and expect is what you get. It's fun to use and it gets the job done!
