0Man this was annoying. I've never really liked playing EoSD and this stage just really doesn't help. There's a lot of dumb RNG that can kill you if it wants to. Flan's movements are RNG and some spells like Kagome Kagome and Starbow Break can wall you. The stage isn't too bad if you know how to do it though the fairy before Patchy can meme you so I just bomb it.
Patchy is annoying. Her Silent Selene can wall you. Royal Flare is static. Philosopher Stone can be dumb if it wants you. The only hard part of the stage after Patchy is the books. Though you can kinda stream/misdirect them to make them easier.
Flan is one of my least favorite bosses (and characters). Her fight is annoying and all her nons have rice bullets! Why? My biggest weakness. Anyways.
Four of a Kind can either die instantly or take forever if Flan decides to go behind one of her clones.
The first hard thing is Kagome Kagome. This spell can either be free or an guaranteed death/bomb if it wants to be. The last 3 or so attempts I did got walled here. Not fun.
Maze of Love is so stupid. It's not a kind of spell you can just learn on the fly. It takes practice and practice is something you really can't do in this game's extra without a practice tool. I don't have practice tools so yeah.
Starbow Break can wall you.
Catadiophric is kinda easy though the strat I did can wall you if you get unlucky. The non after that, my keyboard messed up and didn't register my taps so I died there. I was pissed needless to say.
Counter Clock isn't too hard. I got a lucky death bomb here that made me clear this. If I hadn't got that deathbomb then this run would have died at QED.
Flan's survival card is one of the easier ones though I don't really know how to do it. I also really don't trust the hitboxes in this game at all.
QED is a strange one. It's simple yet it can be dumb if it wants to. And it's rice bullets... Ugh. The last few runs I got to QED I had no lives or bombs and got walled. This time I just died from a random meme hitbox.
I'm so glad to be done with this. I don't enjoy playing EoSD at all so I'm happy. I don't plan to do Hard or Lunatic on this game so yeah. Never playing this touhou again.
