New Japanese fangame released a week ago.
It's basically a direct IN remake, though my fonts were broken and I don't understand Japanese so I'm not sure what the plot actually is.

There is a medicine system in the game which is kind of a mix of UFO and SSS. You collect bottles of colored medicine. Rainbow bottles cycle color every time they hit the bottom of the area. If you get one of each color (red, green. blue), you get a rainbow border which grants invincibility and clears the screen when it ends. If you get three of red, you get a damage boost and point items after it ends, if you get three of green, you get portions of a bomb after it ends (unsure if there's any active effect), if you get three of blue, you auto collect all items and point items after it ends.

Well, what happens if you only get two of a kind, e.g. red-red-blue? Well, you basically get poisoned and a "danger" warning shows up. You'll have to throw the entire mixture away by pressing C, and the bottle will fly out and do some pretty heavy damage on exploding, though note that it'll damage you too.
At any other time, you can also throw out the bottles you have in stock one at a time by pressing C, e.g. if you wanted to go for another color.

The patterns are ok to pretty good, though hitboxes on lunatic felt really clippy so I just stuck with Hard. The shottypes are all copies of maingame shots, A is like SA Reimu A, B is like homing Reimu, C is like laser Marisa, D is like missile Marisa, E is a shotgun type. All of them are pretty good, except the A shot which is garbage.
