Lily has a little more complex pattern than other stage 1 mid-bosses, but the shear power you have will make short work of her.
Medicine is a little tricky but simple enough once you get used to her. Honestly the hardest part is making sure you have the proper amount of Hakurei items. With no easy attacks to graze off this route is the hardest to reach the stage 1 Last Word.
