Sinister Rally in the Spring Sunshine

For the Final Stage itself, it's more like a short boss rush. You've just got two patterns of big fairies to deal with, then the Prismriver sisters themselves. For the former, it's more or less memorization of what they're gonna pull off at you. Their attacks aren't too bad to deal with, but if you're not careful you can get caught off guard and trapped. For the latter... honestly their spell card is damn near a mess of random bullets. You need to keep pushing up and backing away in a small zone to keep up with a massive number of bullet waves that'll be coming at you all at once.

Lily's a little direct to fight against, since for a majority of her spells she keeps summoning other fairies to come in and help her out. As such, she kinda feels like a boss version of the last part of a stage's “big fairy” attack. Because as such, you're gonna be dealing with large attack waves that are coming from many different sources at once. You can't really act passive here, you need to keep moving and pushing through attacks as you see an opening, since so many attacks end up crisscrossing or something that could otherwise trap you.
